  22. Don't buy it from LaCie. All that literature you've seen trades on their
  23. formerly excellent reputation, which they are assiduously destroying. Alliance
  24. Peripheral Systems seems to be the favored vendor around here - and they're a
  25. bit cheaper, too. See their ads in the back of any Mac mags for contact info.
