  24. Until September 30, Apple is giving refunds to Quadra owners with GC cards.

  30. the fulfillment house at 1-800-824-7779 (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard
  31. Time) to request an 8o24 GC Video Card Refund Program Return Form.  This form
  32. includes specific instructions on how to receive a cash refund and packaging
  33. materials to return the GC card.  All return forms and packaging materials will
  34. be sent directly to the customer.
