- Top them off if you need them to be fully charged when you transport it.
- NiMH batteries have no memory effect, so the charge/discharge cycle will
- not adversely affect the diacharge characteristics.

- BUT(!!!!) the batteries have a nominal life of about 500 cycles. Toshiba
- has said that every time you charge the batteries to completion (i.e.
- they start to heat up at full charge) .... THAT'S ANOTHER CYCLE.
- You could be charging from full discharge, or topping it off ...
- and that's 1/500th of the life gone.
