- The Intel486 DX has an FPU, the Intel486 SX does not. And the pinouts
- are a tiny bit different. If your 486SX board has the right stuff ( either
- a "Vacancy" socket or signal-routing jumpers ) you can upgrade
- it to an Overdrive processor ( equivalent to a clock-doubled 486DX ),
- or maybe to a DX.
