- I looked at a 550 today that I was considering purchasing. However, it had
- a 1 pixel convergence error in the top left and bottom right corners. Also,
- it seemed as if the right side of the screen was higher than the left. The
- salesman said he'll be getting another one in soon; I will wait to see that
- one.
-
- My question is, how error free are Nanao 550's? Are these errors typical
- such that the chances of a better unit are low? If I get one, it seems I
- would have to send it to Southern California for service (the store I buy
- it at will pay the expense, it's the time I'm worried about.) Can the factory
- or I fix such errors? (Phew--enough questions.)
-
- Thanks in advance for any help.
