- I also have a working Fax/Modem, a practical perif. 14400FX.
- Perhaps the software that came with the Zoltrix above was
- faulty?? I believe there are 2 types of fax modems, class 1 and
- class 2, and if you run class 1 software with a class 2 mode (or
- vice versa) it would be like trying to run a standard communications
- program on a non Hayes comp. modem...
