  13.          I have a friend who is planning to purchase another harddisk
  14.     to accommodate OS/2 and his Windows programs.  He would like to
  15.     know how reliable are Maxtor and Seagate drives?  He is
  16.     primary considering "Maxtor 130M 15ms 64K buffer IDE" and
  17.      "Seagate 130M 16ns (3 1/2) IDE."  If you have information about
  18.     these two brands and/or models we would be very appreciative.
