- What laptop's are there around that can be used stand alone yet when
- used back at home can be connected to an expansion box which will allow
- one to use normal PC cards ?

- I know that several (if not more) laptops that will allow connection to
- external keyboards / monitors / one pc card (via a special adapter) but none
- that do more than that.

- What I would ideally like is to have a laptop which when required can be
- coupled up to external SCSI disks, tape drive, sound card, monitor,
- keyboard, and be used like a desktop PC.
