- I've always had bad problems with Seagate ST225 drives [ST238] and the like.
- I don't mean to downplay the quality of their drives, but I have had just bad
- luck with nearly all Seagate drives [even the newer IDE types, but for
- far different reasons, having to do with spinup time and stuff].
