  10. I just got this on Compu$erve.  Diamond will be coming out with
  11. two new boards (in addition to the Speedstar 24 they just released)
  12. in the next month or so.  The first, is the Speedstar 24X, which
  13. will list for about ten bucks more than the Speedstar 24, and will
  14. have a Western Digital graphics accelerator chip, I believe the
  15. 90C180 or something like that.  Does anybody know what this chip 
  16. can do?  Anyway, it will support 640x480x24bit, 800x600x15bit,
  17. 1024x768x8bit, 1280x960x4bit, and 1280x1024x4bit.  It will come
  18. bundled with some imaging software (form Halo?) and some sort of 
  19. desktop manager type thing from Panacea.

  21. The other board which is duea out soon after the 24X is the Stealth
  22. 24.  It will be a Stealth VRAM with a 640x480x24bit mode (no
  23. 800x600x15bit).  It will cost about the same as the Stealth VRAM.
