- No doubt someone has already asked this, but........
-
-
- I want to run fbackup on several machines using the
- -f machine:device option and dump onto a DAT tape on a central
- HP machine, appending the fbackup dump file onto the end of the previous
- fbackup dump file.
-
- I use device 0mn which I believe means norewind device, but for some
- reason fbackup insists on rewinding the tape before writting. Is
- there any way of stopping fbackup doing the rewind.
- I don't think it's the device driver doing it cos I have managed to append
- files when not using fbackup, though for some reason, even that seems
- a bit iffy (dd etc etc).
