  13. No doubt someone has already asked this, but........

  16. I want to run fbackup on several machines using the
  17. -f machine:device  option and dump onto a DAT tape on a central
  18. HP machine, appending the fbackup dump file onto the end of the previous
  19. fbackup dump file.

  21. I use device 0mn which I believe means norewind device, but for some
  22. reason fbackup insists on rewinding the tape before writting.  Is
  23. there any way of stopping fbackup doing the rewind.
  24. I don't think it's the device driver doing it cos I have managed to append
  25. files when not using fbackup, though for some reason, even that seems 
  26. a bit iffy (dd etc etc).
