  15. Check that your kernel has the dmem, dconfig and diag1 drivers installed.
  16. Also check that the device files listed in /system/CORE-DIAG/customize
  17. exist with the proper permissions.

  19. Turning off DIAGINIT (or removing it from /etc/rc) will also work, but
  20. will probably cause problems with support contracts.
