  11. I use an HP9000/425e.  I converted it to long file names the day after
  12. I got it.  In our group, we have a 2 more 425e's, a 425s, a 720, and
  13. an 832.  I think all but one have long file names.

  15. I have been running my machine more-or-less non stop for upwards of a
  16. year and I have had no ill effects due to long file names.
