- I use an HP9000/425e. I converted it to long file names the day after
- I got it. In our group, we have a 2 more 425e's, a 425s, a 720, and
- an 832. I think all but one have long file names.

- I have been running my machine more-or-less non stop for upwards of a
- year and I have had no ill effects due to long file names.
