- If the 1000 has a MUX card and the MONITOR utility, then either AdvanceLink
- or Reflections (from Walker, Richer, and Quinn, Inc.) may be used on the PC
- to transfer files over RS-232 lines. A program named XMODEM may be used
- instead of MONITOR, but is unlikely to already be present on your system. It
- is available from INTEREX, the HP computer users group.
-
- In the very remote possibility that you have a LAN card and NS/1000 software
- on the 1000, then the TELNET and FTP services may be available.

-
- If the LIF (Logical Interchange Format) utility is available on the 1000,
- then software is available which will read it on DOS. The company which
- sells the DOS software is located in Lake Oswgeo, Illinois, and is named
- something like Oswgeo Software.
-
- If any of these sound possible to you, mail me for more info. Much luck!
