  20. Yes, screen requires a minimum of ptty's and the select() system call.
  21. I was able to port screen to a 3B2 running SysVR3.1 since the TCP/IP
  22. add-on package puts these things in the kernel.  Do you have TCP/IP on
  23. your 386UNIX system?
