- That this a matter of opinion. Benchmarch results Please. I think you will
- find that their are compatibility problems with Amax, and that is is much
- slower than a similar Mac Just becasue of the translation work needed to make
- the Mac software work on the amiga. I am not saying the Amiga is a bad
- machine, however, to buy one just to use it as a Mac is not smart. For Amax
- you still need to get the Mac Roms wich is getting harder to do (You did plan
- to do this legaly right?).

- The Unix operating system is *NOT* in ROM on the Amiga. the entire OS would
- not fit unless you had several Megabytes of ROM. Part of the Kernal might be
- in ROM, but not the entire OS.

- in price, the 3000 might just get discontinued.
