  12. She has an Apple II GS computer to which a LaserWriter II is connected.
  13. It feeds from a single-sheet tray.

  15. This morning when they came to work and tried to print some material,
  16. both the out of paper and paper jam lights are on & blinking and nothing they
  17. do turns them off--not even manually feeding paper into the printer
  18. and then turning the printer on.

  20. With the lights on, each attempt to download the image writer emulator
  21. hangs the computer.

  23. FWIW, they're using Apple Works GS as a word processor but the problem
  24. really appears to be in the printer.

  26. An 800 call the Apple didn't help.  How about you guys?  Any hints?
