  22. But there is a clear consensus that zip should be used, and I am not
  23. sure why it has not been implemented. I lost interest before figuring
  24. it out. But this is a prime example of the value of poor/bad moderation.
  25. Not that I think the proposed moderators (that I know of) are poor. But
  26. I have seem many good things go bad in the past.

  37. These are all that count for a plus vote. Many (myself included) think
  38. that most (if not all) reasons are weak, and even together, that they
  39. are not strong enough to weigh in favor of moderation.

  49. It is hard to find someone who can moderate reliably. And then they
  50. get married or something, and have no time for it.
