  13.    Funny you should post your complaint. I had a 2400 Modem of theirs
  14. go after just a couple months. I gave up calling (line always busy) and
  15. sent a polite letter with a SASE, phone #'s, Fax #, etc. That was a few
  16. weeks ago - maybe too soon to tell, but what does it take to acknowledge
  17. an inquiry? Why are the lines always busy? They selling bad stuff?
  18. Warranty worthless? Anyone out there from Supra?
