- I think 88 Mb is the unformatted (raw) capacity. That is usually what the drive
- manufacturers advertise. (My Quantum 105 formats to 100 Mb and The SyQuest 44 Mb
- drive I have formats cartridges to 42 Mb.) Formatted capacity varies somewhat
- from computer to computer.
