- I'm building an EPROM board for my A1000. I burnt Kickstart 2.0 in it, but
- during the boot sequence it stops when the screen has become white. I think
- the hardware works OK, so it must have something to do with switching
- the bootrom out of addressable space. As far as I have found out, the
- boot-sequence seems to stay in an endless loop, when initializing the
- timer.device.
- Does anybody know exactly, how the bootrom is hidden when Exec starts up, and if
- there's some other hardware beside the memory affected by that switching too?

- Reachable as: I do hate sums. There is no greater
- apel@gypsy.physik.uni-kl.de mistake than to call arithmetic an
- (Martin Apel) exact science. There are .. hidden
- laws of number which it requires a
- mind like mine to perceive. For
- instance, if you add a sum from the
- bottom up, and then again from the
- top down, the result is always
- different.
