  18. that's simply because you can't *see* it. those of us that have grown up
  19. around 60hz screens look at a 50hz display and see a flicker. of course,
  20. i've been running WB in PAL for the last three months or so, and i can
  21. no longer see the flicker (in noninterlace). interlaced PAL, though is
  22. utter shit...
