  32. Oh, really?  And what do you do there, read AP news all night, or read
  33. encyclopedia articles?

  35. If you enter any SIGS you start paying the humungous hourly rate.  FACT. 
  36. I also have the monthly basic service (though I'm going to drop it rsn), but
  37. hardly spend any time in basic service when I visted.

  40. POURING GOOD $$ DOWN THE DRAIN AT CI$.

  42. On Portal I have THE biggest Amiga database, complete fish disks organized
  43. much better than Genie (download individual files or complete disk), and
  44. complete access to the internet, FTP, IRC and on and on for a little more
  45. than $1 per hour at 9600.  All this using the new PortalX (written by Steve
  46. Tibett of VirusX, ScreenX, etc.) software to read/post mail offline and pick
  47. sw to download similar to WHAP.

  49. Nothing can beat Amiga BBSing like Portal, nothing.
