  27. If all you want to do is read an encyclopedia or something that normally is
  28. free (things you can do at the library).

  30. Since this group is talking about Amigas, we would need to look at the Amiga
  31. sig, THAT costs $$$$$$$.  Absurd amounts in MHO.  On portal I get 9600 BPS
  32. at a little more than $1 per hour.  Internet mail, HUGE databases on Portal
  33. and conferencing with al the right people.  Why would anyone want to spend
  34. those huge hourly rates in CI$?  Maybe for AP news and such, but for Amiga
  35. interests, nothing can come close to Portal.
