  11. 211 cps at 2400 baud isn't all that bad, depending on whether your modem does
  12. compression. If not, 230 cps is about as good as it gets, so 211 is 10% below
  13. the max. VLT can do the 230 cps no problem, so the limitation must be elsewhere
  14. but still, why worry about 10%.
