  15.   I found that having learnt Pascal, the book "C as a second Language
  16. for Native Speakers of Pascal" by Mueldner (u umlaut in the middle) and
  17. Steele (ISBN 0-201-19210-1) was quite good.Its ~550 pages with lots of
  18. examples and exercises with answers.  It introduces each new structure
  19. by showing you how it is done in Pascal.  Useful if you know Pascal, of
  20. course :-)
