- I found that having learnt Pascal, the book "C as a second Language
- for Native Speakers of Pascal" by Mueldner (u umlaut in the middle) and
- Steele (ISBN 0-201-19210-1) was quite good.Its ~550 pages with lots of
- examples and exercises with answers. It introduces each new structure
- by showing you how it is done in Pascal. Useful if you know Pascal, of
- course :-)
