  13. I am looking for practical or theoretical experience in tracking and planning
  14. R&D capacity (both S/W and non-S/W resources). Primary issues are multi-project 
  15. scheduling based upon skill set availability and hiring/re-allocation planning 
  16. based on future project trends. I am interested in knowing what methods and
  17. tools other companies are using in this area.
