- It will work. I once ran the old ntpd over a 9,600 baud line before we
- had ethernetted the whole campus, and know of people within NEARnet who
- were doing what you are doing exactly.

- You will loose some accuracy because of the delays when big ftp's are
- going through the link, and may not want to bother the stratum 1 servers
- since their greater accuracy will be wasted. Send me mail if you want to
- chime with one of my stratum 2 servers.
