- I have no direct experience with the Hyperchannel boxes. I've heard
- mixed things about them from VM sites, but none of my local MVS
- contacts have them.
-
- The VM sites I know of that have them are generally pleased with
- the performance of the NSC boxes, but had a lot of difficulty
- getting them configured right. One is a new TCP site, so I tend
- to discount some of that as just installation jitters, but the
- other one is a pretty established setup, so I'd expect them to
- have a better handle on it.
-
- I had heard that there was a mailing list for Hyperchannel users,
- but the name and location escapes me at the moment. Anyone else
- have a pointer to it?
