- We did this by using CAP. Its AFP and PAP servers support a -X option
- for authentication; we modified the AFP server to check the user's name
- and password against the Kerberos database.

- Note that you don't get any added security by using Kerberos in this case,
- since the password gets sent from the Mac to the AFP server in plaintext.
- It is just a convenient way to store lots of user ID's and passwords.
