- Chapter 1 of the I/O Abuser's Guide (Volume 1) describes the $QIO
- interface that allows you to add, remove, examine, and modify diskquota
- values. I've a set of truly antique BLISS-32 routines that make this
- somewhat easier to use, but they're big, and I won't waste bandwidth on
- them except by private mail.
