  11. Hi everyone.  Sorry if this has been posted thousands of times or if this is in

  13. I have a file that that I want to mail from my vax account.  I assume I have to
  14. encode it or whatever first.  Can anyone tell me how to do this and where I can
  15. find the necessary programs to do this?  Thank you a hundred times for any help
