  12. This is to announce the release of the Spring 1992 VMS/L&T SIG
  13. tape collection.. It is being mailed today to the tree starting
  14. point and will shortly be available via the tree and sent to
  15. other sites and the DECUS library within the next couple mail
  16. delays.
  17.   The following is the abstract for the materials on the tape. I'd
  18. like to thank all who contributed for their contributions and work,
  19. particularly the larger contributions (like Jamie Hanrahan's UUCP
  20. contribution, to name one). The material here represents significant
  21. work from lots of folks, and the abstract can touch only in the most
  22. limited way on the contents. The [92avaxlt...] tree has the index
  23. and full AAAREADMEs, and the [decuslib...] tree on the tapes has
  24. the complete DECUS library catalog and electronic browsing tools for
  25. it, and also their internal RDB based "CIS" system.
  26.    It is appropriate for people on the tree to begin making arrangements
  27. with their sources to get copies of the tapes now.
