  18. I had this happen to my system too ... which was a *real* PITA because the node
  19. runs a DTSS server (currently without an external time provider) to keep all
  20. the machine clocks the same on the whole LAN. This unexpected change was very
  21. tedious to fix since with DECdts running "SET TIME" doesn't work and I had to
  22. read up on the DTSS$CONTROL command "SET EPOCH ..." before I could fix it, by
  23. which time some of the clients had started to drift their clocks ...

  25. What I'd like to know is why the upgrade (V5.4-2 -> A5.5) changed the clock at
  26. all?
