- First, I opened settings from the (running) clock, and turned off the
- title bar. Now, when I select open settings, nothing happens. I
- finally tried opening settings from the clock in the System Setup folder,
- and was able to get to the settings.

- So, if there's a title bar, then I can open settings, but if not, I can't.
- Is this a bug, or is it supposed to do this?
