- I've been helping a friend with the installation of os/2 2.0, and I
- decided that I would try getting the Stacker driver going, despite
- all the people that say it can't be done. It won't load in a simulated
- session, but I have had some success in getting it to work under
- a specific dos session. The driver loads, but the stacked drives come
- up as write protected! Other than not being able to write to the
- stacked drives, there seems to be no problems. Does anyone know
- how to get around this problem? Most of what is on his hard disk is
- useless junk that could be removed, but un-stacking drives is a
- cumbersome task regardless.
-
- Thanks for any ideas,
- Jonathan
