- I've got a lowly 386-20 (PS/2 model P70) with 8MB and 120 MB HD. DOS
- is as fast as before. Windows is a bit slow, but not much. OS/2 is
- okay speedwise. Well, I'll admit, the system could be "snappier", but
- I'm satisfied; perhaps the term "speed" is in the eyes of the
- beholder.
-
- "Too many crashes" (see above)? Wow, I rarely have trouble with OS/2.
- In fact, I've been writing some software for our department at home
- (OS/2 machine), and when I tested it on my "Windows" machine at work,
- I had to do more fine tuning. But, I had a series of crashes in
- Windows that I *never* experienced in OS/2. I had been away from the
- Windows machine so long that I had forgotten life in the crash lane.
- I suddenly came to appreciate OS/2 more!
