- Seeing that IBM defines CUA they can just change it. That's what they
- did with CUA 91. They simply changed the standard to follow what's in
- OS/2 2.0.

- There are quite a few places where OS/2/CUA should be changed: My
- biggest irritation is the way that windows always jump to the front when
- they are active/have the focus.
