- I'm glad IBM opened this anonymous ftp site. Now that I found the person who
- runs it, I have a small request.
-
- Get a copy of the public domain zip program that will run on the RT
- (ftp valeria.cs.ucla.edu /pub/zip10ex.tar.Z and compile it) if
- you don't already have one.
-
- type zip -o xxx.zip for each of the zip files in the /pub/os2
- directory, so that the file dates will be set to the latest entry
- in the zip archives and not the date the unix file was placed into
- the directory so we ftp users can tell at a glance by typing
- dir which files have been updated to a more current revision than
- we already possess. Currently every entry in the directory is either
- July 15 or July 20 regardless of when the file was last updated.
-
- Just a helpful suggestion.
