  12. I used to have lots of time to play around with my new programs.
  13. When I first got windows i moded that thing until no one, sometimes
  14. not even me, recognized it. But now I actually (gasp) work and don't
  15. have time to spend hours hacking through my programs (I'm too busy
  16. writting new ones). So when I got os/2 I didn't have time to mod,
  17. tweak, change, and kick the tires. I wanted to install it and start
  18. running, but no such luck. The question I have for everyone reading
  19. this post is:How much trouble have you had with os/2? My own
  20. problems including:Having applications sit in my print queue
  21. refusing to print (even though the printer is on and connected
  22. correctly). Having the entire system freeze up (the mouse still
  23. works but after an hour (and repeated ctrl-esc attempts) the system
  24. REFUSES to allow me to do ANYTHING. Lost disk drive, the system, for
  25. some reason, couldn't find my d drive (which is a virtual drive
  26. whose 'E' section is where os/2 boots) and gave me 'this application
  27. is not responding do you wish to kill' I repeatedly said yes with
  28. the pop up disapearing, nothing happening and then it appeared
  29. again. This type of freezing is MUCH rarer than windows, but never
  30. the less I can expect SOME type of problem at least once a day. Am I
  31. alone? I'm trying to determine if I'm doing something wrong or if
  32. others are also experiencing various problems of a similar sort.
