- Hi software developers!
-
- Despite of the beautiful Workplace Shell with all its objects and folders and
- shadows I prefer working on my files with something like the Norton Commander.
- To my opinion it's still the fastest and most convenient way to copy, move and
- view files (or unpack bunches of files using the ExtensionFileList mechanism).
-
- Since I have completely switched to OS/2 I don't want to miss that tool.
- (Call me old fashioned or narrow-minded.)
-
- Now I am looking for somethin' like the Norton Commander for OS/2 (2.0).
-
- As far as I can see SYMANTEC is not going to release one so I am asking all
- software developers whether you have created one on your own. I don't want to
- reinvent the wheel for the third time...
-
- If you ask for money I will pay for it!
-
- Call me if you have made such a tool and if you want to distribute it!
- Contact me! e-mail me!
-
- affie.

- P.S. I have seen the FC program on hobbes. But it really lacks a few main
- functions: HPFS filenames, commandline (with <ctrl><enter> edit),
- file extension menue, directory compare on one glance.
