  21. I am not familiar with the package, but here are (perhaps) a couple
  22. workarounds:
  23.  
  24. (1)  Use the BC++ 3.0 help screens;
  25. (2)  Copy the Windows 3.1 help engine (WINHELP.EXE?) and associated
  26. DLLs, if any, to \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2 (?) and see if it works (backup the
  27. old one first).
  28. (3)  Wait until September for the Win-OS/2 3.1 update.
