  19. Dial (800)227-4679.  When the automated phone system answers,
  20. press 4 to get the Programmer's Development Tools dept (or some such).
  21. When the operator answers (and the delay was quite short for me) ask to get
  22. the Win32 Preliminary SDK or just Windows NT--they seem to know
  23. what you're talking about.

  25. Give them your credit card number.  The cost is $81.79 including
  26. tax and ground shipping.

  28. The salesperson confirmed that one gets the final release of Windows NT
  29. free with this offer (as has been confirmed numerous times here).

  31. Anybody can order the kit.  They made no attempt to screen me,
  32. and I'm sure they didn't know that I've been a faithful Microsoft
  33. customer since 1983.
