  17. We do not call what we have made available today a "beta". It is not
  18. intended to be so. We have released the "Preliminary Win32 SDK for
  19. Windows NT" publically available. In the US this can be orderred by
  20. calling 800-227-4679, and abroad it can be orderred through your local
  21. Microsoft subsiduary - this program is open to anyone
  22.
