- I cannot install NT on my system due to a lack of a CD-ROM, but before
- I make my decision, I would like to know if NT supports the SoundBlaster
- Pro's CD drive....this is VERY important, since if it doesn't I will
- have to forego the SBPro and get a SCSI adapter....the documentation
- states that only SCSI CD-ROM drives are supported, but the hardware
- comptibility information lists several non-SCSI CD-ROM drives
- as compatible.
-
- What gives? ANY information ( such as people installing NT from
- non-SCSI CD-ROMs like the CD Tech Toshiba drive ) would be
- appreciated.
