  20. There is a shareware program called ico2bmp which will convert .ICO files to
  21. .BMP files. You can then use Paintshop Pro (another shareware product) to
  22. convert .BMP files to about 15 other formats.

  26. The actual format of the .ICO files is described in the SDK Reference Manual
  27. (volume 2) which I don't have with me at work.
