  14.   I am facing a problem of putting bitmaps to the printer.  I am able to 
  15. display the bitmap onto the client window by using the BitBlt function.  I
  16. assume that I can output the bitmap to the printer by first creating the
  17. DC for the printer and then do the same BitBlt with the printer DC.  But it
  18. doesn't seems to come out on the printer.  I am using the MM_LOMETRIC map mode,
  19. so that the bitmap will appear the same size as it appears on the screen.
