  11. Hi,
  12.     I'm new to programming in windows and need all the help I can get.  If 
  13. there is a FAQ newsletter for this group, could someone post an ftp site 
  14. where it can be found??

  16.     My main concern is the ability to run my program before the normal 
  17. application that the user pointed and clicked at is run.  I also need to 
  18. run another application after the main app is run.  All of this should
  19. be done without the user knowing it.
