  15. I have now thought it over.  I think that I prefer the method of cutting
  16. down the traffic by directing questions to a mailing list.  This way the
  17. announcements won't be hidden under a lot of RTFM-type questions.  If
  18. anybody disagrees, they are free to do the RFD themselves.
