  11. As the subjects states, we are new to this.  I've used Unix on Sun and SPARC's
  12. but never on PC.  I've resently be able to gain some speed, PC wise, by getting
  13. the following.

  16.    ATI VGA Wonder XL 1Meg with DEXXA mouse
  17.    Western Digital 210MB IDE
  18.    Colorado Jumbo 250 Internal

  20. Is this adequate?  Will Linux have problems configuring some devices or the
  21. hard driver?

  23. I've been reading some of the articles, downloaded a number of files (boot,
  24. root images), read a few README files, and FAQ's.  Can anybody tell me or point
  25. me to ftp site, or e-mail me a set of installation instructions.  I've already
  26. read some things but like I stated GREEN HORN, most of the stuff is greek to me.
  27. I already have a full time job so I don't want to spend months installing
  28. patches, setting devices, and ports and so on.  If I may indulge a little more,
  29. thank you, I've read that Linux and DOS can survive on one system.  Would the
  30. 210MB be enough for this?  What would be good partition sizes?
